With the Ford Everest’s factory intercooler being both smaller in size and frontal area than the Ford Ranger Cross Country has designed the Everest specific ultimate front mount upgrade intercooler kit. Using what we learnt with the Ford Ranger we have seen an increase in power and decrease in intake temp which in turns helps the EGT’s.
The intercooler kit uses a PWR race series intercooler core measuring in at 660x300x68 with Cross Country’s sheet metal tanks and A class welding. The kit includes pipework and sheet metal ducting so the engine fan will draw air efficiently through the intercooler radiator and condenser.
